Billing FAQs
- What is an inquiry?
- One inquiry is one adversarial run: your question is steelmanned, challenged, and stress-tested across multiple adversarial rounds (how many depends on your plan), then written up.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the billing portal from the Plan & usage page and cancel in a click. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We do not prorate refunds for partial periods, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately. Reach out if something went wrong and we will make it right.
- Do prices include GST / tax?
- Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes such as GST. Where tax is required it is calculated and shown at checkout.
- What happens to my Trial inquiries if I never upgrade?
- Nothing is deleted when your trial lapses — your 3 trial inquiries are retained, and each stays reachable through its share link. A free account's completed inquiries simply drop out of your in-app lists after a window (currently 30 days); the Archive is the member-only home that keeps every inquiry organised and to hand while you're subscribed. Upgrade for that access.
